Handmade traditions brought back for a generation that forgot what real khakhra tastes like.
What we stand for
Every khakhra is made from scratch, by hand. Pressed the traditional way, roasted with care. No machines have touched your snack. That's the whole point.
Most packaged snacks sneak in palm oil. We use pure groundnut oil — the traditional Gujarati choice. Cleaner for you, better for taste, and honest on the label.
Flour. Spices. Groundnut oil. Salt. That's genuinely the list. No stabilisers, no weird numbers, no ingredient you need to Google to pronounce.
Our Story
Khakhra isn't new. It's been in Gujarati kitchens for generations — pressed on a hot tawa, scraped and rotated until it turns perfectly thin and crisp. Every family had their version. Every grandmother had her touch.
But somewhere along the way, the packaged versions took over. Cheaper oils. Longer ingredient lists. Factory lines. The crunch stayed. The soul didn't.
We started Khaakhra with a simple mission: bring back the real thing. No compromises on process, no shortcuts on ingredients. Just khakhra the way it was always meant to be — made by hand, with good oil, and a lot of care.
Four flavours. Each a classic. Nothing invented, nothing fancy. Masala for the bold. Plain for the purists. Jeera for the comfort seekers. Methi because it's the original icon and you know it.
This is Gujarat's crunch. We're just making sure it doesn't disappear.
Four flavours. One Gujarati legacy.
